Four Arrested in Prostitution Sting

HALL COUNTY - Four men have been arrested in a prostitution sting conducted by the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad, the Gang Task Force. According to Lt. Scott Ware, each suspect engaged an under cover officer posing as a prostitute and ultimately offered them money in exchange for sex.

Charged with pandering are: Ernest Charles Bowman, 42, of Reidsville, North Carolina; Juan Castillo Dominguez, 49, of Murrayville, Ga.; Roger Lee Richards Jr., 39, of Lithonia, Ga.; and, Elias Soto Casas, 37, of Gainesville, Ga. Additionally, an immigration hold has been placed on Casas.
